This unusual stone is mined from the lower depths of the same deposit that produces the beautiful Grape Agate (Amethyst) mineral specimens. It has a base color of a pale amethyst and can have green ribbons running throughout the stone.It is an unusual stone that is not commonly available. It takes a reasonable polish, but it can have a very slight “sugary” structure which you need to take into consideration if you're planning to use this in your next lapidary project.

Minimum Quantity
Our minimum combined rough rock order quantity is 10 kilograms and many of our rough stones are quite large. However, we'll do our best to find right sizes for your needs. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we can arrange to send photos of suitable stock.
Freight Cost
Once you have confirmed you are happy with your order selection, we will tally up the total weight of the order and calculate the cost of shipping. We will work with you to keep this cost down were possible.
