Dark charcoal-grey metallic inclusions cluster near one shoulder of this pear-shaped cabochon, easing into pale sage-green threaded with faint white veining that clears to plain pale green toward the point. This handmade chrysoprase cabochon is one-of-a-kind, its patterning rare enough that we picked up several like it on a recent overseas buying trip simply because they looked so unusual. We still aren't certain what mineral is responsible for the inclusions.
